You evaluate your progress over a "test sample" of 10 health cases. You work the first 10 cases in class... that's the requirement... the Instructor should not certify you as a graduate until you work 10 health cases. You probably won't get them all correct, but you should get a satisfactory number correct.

Then for your next 10 cases (your next "test sample") you shorted the ritual for going to level from 3 to 1 and 10 to 1, to just 10 to 1.

When you have worked those 10 cases, and are satisfied with your

results, then shorten the ritual to 3 to 1, and work 10 more cases.

When you are satisfied with those results, then just close your eyes, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, recall the feeling of being at your clairvoyant level. Work 10 more cases that way.

When you are satisfied with your results, then you can function with eyes open by just "daydreaming." Recall the feeling of being at your clairvoyant level, do not focus your eyes - Mr. Silva called it "defocused vision" - like a "daydreaming state" - and your "daydreaming" will take place at your clairvoyant level, and to enter it, just daydream.
