Pepe Romero, as he is known to most people, has known Jose Silva all his life.
He came to work for Jose Silva shorting after graduating from college with a degree in business administration in 1972, and has been working for him ever since.
After working for many years in the administrative side of the business, Pepe was named Director of Lecturers in the US in 1992.

In 1996, Mr. Silva asked Pepe to also take over management of the Ecumenical Society of Psychorientology, the nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation that Silva helped establish in 1975 to conduct research and present education programs on holistic faith healing.
In 1998, Mr. Silva set up a new company, Silva UltraMind Systems, LLC, to promote his new course, the UltraMind ESP System. He turned it over to three of his closest associates, including Pepe, and Mr. Silva's nephew Alex Gonzalez Silva.
Pepe traveled extensively with Mr. Silva for the last few years of his life, learning how to teach and how to use the holistic faith healing techniques.
He is handling Instructor Training for Avlis Publishing.
